B & L plans to remain a right‑sized company of approximately 30–35 people across gravel, paving, and site operations, allowing us to stay responsive and hands‑on. Future growth will come from expanding our recycling capabilities, including crushing and reusing materials that were once discarded to create competitive, sustainable products.​

As development continues along the Connecticut Shoreline, we aim to support that growth with responsible sitework, smart recycling practices, and the same standard of quality that has guided us since 1993.
